Le mois de septembre est hôte du plus gros événement Hip Hop à Ottawa: House Of Paint. Similaire a son événement jumeaux Under Pressure, il fait place a musique, graffiti et Bboying. Cette année Deadly Venoms Crew s’est pointe avec la victoire en tête et se sont rendu jusqu’en finale. Malgré qu’ils n’aient pas gagne, la foule était plus que satisfaite de leur performance. Quelques jours plus tard, Rascallion, Tangles et Afternoon sont descendu à Hamilton pour l’événement Express Yourself. Malgré être une compétition 2vs2 Rascallion et Tangles se sont inscrit en solo, se rendant respectivement en demi-finale et top 32 chacun tandis qu’Afternoon jugea la compétition Allstyles. De retour à Montréal, Afternoon commence une soirée intitule Zulu Nights afin de réunir la communauté de Hip Hop à relaxer et échanger un mardi soir. Finalement, à la fin du mois, Effect et Afternoon se sont déplacé vers Toronto pour prendre part à la compétition de Hip Hop et de House 1vs1 Step Fighter. Judge par Yugson de Serial Stepperz/Wanted Posse cette compétition avait u nouveau système de jugement. Afternoon a su ramener le titre de la catégorie Hip Hop à Montréal.

September is home to Ottawa’s Biggest Hip Hop event called House Of Paint. Similar to its brother event Under Pressure, it features Music, Graffiti and Bboying. This year Deadly Venoms Crew came down with the victory in mind and made it all the way to the finals. Although they didn’t come out victorious, the crowd was more than thrilled of their performance. A couple of days later, Rascallion, Tangles and Afternoon went down to Hamilton for the Express Yourself Jam. Rascallion and Tangles entered the 2vs2 Bboying competition each solo while Afternoon was judging the Allstyles competition. Lucas was able to make it all the way to semi-finals while Tangles made top 32. Back in Montreal, Afternoon started organizing Zulu Nights, a meetup for the Hip Hop community on Tuesday nights to relax and exchange. Finally, torwards the end of the month Effect and Afternoon travelled down to Toronto for the Step Fighters 1vs1 House and Hip hop battle. Judged by Yugson of the Serial Steppers/Wanted Posse, it was a very special competition with an interesting twist on the judging system. Afternoon was able to take the Hip Hop title back to Montreal
